They have put together an online experience that will take you on a journey that will help you learn about yourself and become the version you always wanted to be. On the way, you will learn about nutrition, exercise and behavior change that will last you the rest of your life.

How do the check-ins work?

As you go through the Precision Nutrition platform you will be answering questions, learning new strategies and putting together a plan. Sometimes it can be hard to figure out the fastest way to do so on your own. This is where I come in. As your coach, I can help guide you along and troubleshoot any challenges you are having or help clarify how to implement new behaviors. Some people can run through the program with minimal assistance. Others need a guiding hand to help along the way.

How do the movement assessment and programming work?

Movement assessment and programming are the exercise portion of the Tier Three program. To begin this portion first, we will do a video movement assessment. This can be done through a video chat (Google Hangout, FaceTime, Skype) or you send your coach videos of you completing the tests at your own leisure. Once we complete the assessment Coach Tommy will write you a custom training program based on your goals, needs, access to equipment, and the amount of time you have available to train. Typically programs will be Four weeks long but can vary depending on your needs.

How do I complete my purchase with a credit card?

On the signup page: (tstrainingsystems.com/signup) choose your training package and click “Buy Now” or “Start Now”. The Paypal page for your purchase will appear. On the Paypal site click the grey “Pay With Debit or Credit Card” button to complete your order without logging into or creating a Paypal account.
